Bedrooms
Master Bedroom
On the ground floor, the beautiful master bedroom leads off the main tiled corridor. The bedroom is a traditional feel with original wooden beams and looks out onto the courtyard. The master bedroom has a very comfortable kingsize bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, floor lamp, wardroom with mirror, chair and heater.
Secondary Bedroom
As you move up the stairs with banister from the dining area to the upper landing, you will find the second bedroom leading from this area. The secondary bedroom can either have a super kingsize or two singles as well as an additional single bed. The bedroom also has a wardrobe, bedside tables and great views out over the local hills and the Strathmore Valley.
Sofa Bed
The settee in the lounge doubles up as a very useful sofa bed to accommodate the larger family and group.
Bathrooms
Family Bathroom
Off the hallway and next to the master bedroom is the newly renovated family bathroom. This well lit, large bathroom with sink, toilet, bath/shower, towel dryer, mirror and cabinet is ideally positioned.
Shower Room
On the upstairs landing you will find the second bathroom. The shower room has a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. Opposite is the hot water tank with plenty of hot water to keep a whole group of skiers happy!
Kitchen
Layout
The french doors lead through to the Kitchen and dining area. The open plan kitchen is large and very modern. The wooden beams contrast wonderfully with the modern work surfaces, fridge and storage. The kitchen provides plenty of storage and preparation area to make both creating a simple snack or a large family meal a breeze.
The kitchen is also the dining area and can seat 6. It is well equipped with an electric cooker, hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, Microwave, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery and cooking equipment.
The kitchen looks out over the courtyard and also leads out to the rear patio. Just off the kitchen, in the hallway is the washer/dryer cupboard. Under the stairs there is plenty of storage and all of the appliances needed for cleaning - Iron, Ironing board, Hoover, drying airer etc. etc..

What's available
Opposite the upstairs bedroom and across the hallway lies the living room. There is plenty of room to relax, play games, watch TV or simply relax and chat!

Outside
Layout
The Kitchen leads to the outside decking area through the back door. The decking area has a table, 8 canvas chairs and a BBQ which is great for both breakfast in the morning sun and the classic afternoon BBQs with the whole family.
The decking looks out over the local hills and the Strathmore valley and keeps the sun from the morning right through to 3pm in the summer.
Pricing
Weekly rental starts on Saturday at 4pm and finishes on the following Saturday at 10am.
