Terms
The prices quoted include electricity charges, Gas and where appropriate logs for the log burner. Bed linen and towels are also supplied. We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking by way of confirmation. This deposit is non returnable if a cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to the occupancy. The balance of the fee is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Breakages or other damage will be charged at cost prior to depature. If we have agreed that a pet can stay in the cottage, we will charge a small returnable fee of £20 to cover any possible damage. We ensure the cottages are clean and tidy prior to your stay and we ask our guests to leave the cottage as they find it. Both cottages are non smoking and again we ask guests to respect this for the comfort of the next visitors.
Entry time on day of arrival is 16.00hrs and departure by 10.00 hrs - should you require other than this please contact us and we will try to accomodate you.
